"Things are starting to heat up in Sakai and it looks like another hot summer - I can say this before the rainy season (tsuyu) has even arrived!
"There’s still plenty to do in Sakai through the summer though, despite the heat.
"As promised, I've added the information on Sakai's public pools, which are a great way for kids (and adults) to escape the summer heat.
"This summer I’ll be doing my best to remember to drink plenty of water and get out into the forests and hills to the west from time to time to unwind."
