Japan Society of Wellington 55th Anniversary dinner - 11 August 2015

A successful event, with marvellous food. Beautiful Japanese textile art decorations were provided by Debbie Donnelly (Programme Manager of Visual Arts and Design at Whitireia) and her team. Special Japanese-style menu was designed by Win Lertpisitkul from Whitireia.

There were 25 guests from Japan Society, Wellington Sakai Association and Japan Information and Culture Centre (JICC), speakers from society past events including current WSA member and Japan Society past President Melda Townsley, and lots of friends and relatives. Tables were full and good time was had by all. Many thanks to Steve Logan and the Logan Brown Head Chef Shaun Clouston for extraordinary performance.
