Senshu marathon runner presentation

  • Wellington City Council 101 Wakefield St Wellington, Wellington, 6011 New Zealand (map)

Every year one runner from the Wellington region is selected for the opportunity to run in the Senshu International Marathon thanks to the sister city relationship with Sakai City, Japan.

Andrew Wharton, the 2015 runner will present on his experience and answer any questions you might have about the Senshu marathon. WSA will also be providing some delicious Japanese snacks.

Applications for the 2016 Senshu marathon (to be held in February) will open later this year.

The presentation will be followed by the regular monthly WSA Committee meeting. WSA members are welcome to attend.
